Stroll through the Village of the Arts as they host ‘Cupid, Cosmos & Cinema’ on February 12 with an outdoor screening of the romantic classic “An Affair to Remember” beginning at 5 p.m. Brides-to-be can attend the 3rd Annual Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce Wedding Festival on February 28, where they will experience more than 60 vendors at 14 locations throughout the 7.5-mile long island. This event eliminates the stress and introduces the fun in planning your ideal destination wedding. And budget-friendly fun can be had by all at the 28th Annual Cortez Commercial Fishing Festival February 20-21 in the historic Village of Cortez. Admission is just $2 and visitors will enjoy live music, fresh Florida seafood, and art and museum displays at the Florida Gulf Coast Maritime Museum.
